David Moyes

Everton manager David Moyes is set to achieve a historic milestone today as he takes charge of his 700th Premier League match. This remarkable feat places him in an elite group of managers, alongside legends Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsène Wenger.

Moyes, who recently returned to management by rejoining Everton just before the previous round, made an immediate impact by securing a victory for the Toffees. His 700 games in the Premier League have been spread across four clubs: 430 with Everton, 34 with Manchester United, 38 with Sunderland, and 198 with West Ham United.

This milestone makes Moyes only the third manager in Premier League history to reach 700 games, trailing only Arsène Wenger (828 games) and Sir Alex Ferguson (810 games). It’s a testament to Moyes’ longevity, adaptability, and consistency in one of the most competitive leagues in the world.

Today, Everton will face Brighton in an away match as part of the 23rd round of the Premier League. The game kicks off at 16:00 CET, and Moyes will be hoping to mark his milestone with another positive result.
