The Girona Coach Needs the Best Tsygankov
Before the match against AC Milan in the group stage of the Champions League, Girona's coach Míchel commented on winger Viktor Tsygankov, who has only recently recovered from an injury and has not yet played a full match since his return.
"Tsygankov is in good shape. We need the best Viktor. He feels good physically, he is healthy, but he can still improve," Míchel noted, indicating his intention to use Tsygankov from the very first minutes.
The match against AC Milan will take place tomorrow at San Siro and will kick off at 21:00 CET. Currently, Girona is in 30th place in the overall UEFA Champions League standings. The team has 3 points and very slim chances of advancing to the playoffs.
