One of England's former top players, Dele Alli, is making another attempt to restart his career. Since late December, he has been training with the Italian club Como, and now, at last, the official announcement has been made: Cesc Fàbregas' team welcomes Alli into its ranks. Reports indicate that the contract is set to run until the summer of 2026, with an option for a one-year extension.

2024-25 Serie A Standings

Thus, the player has finally secured a team after leaving Everton in the summer. However, his last official appearance on the pitch was in February 2023 with Turkish side Beşiktaş, after which he suffered an injury and worked on his recovery.

At one point, Dele Alli was a key figure for Tottenham Hotspur during the era when Mauricio Pochettino's team was competing for top spots in the Premier League. Back then, Alli was in the spotlight, regularly called up to the England national team, and participated in the 2018 FIFA World Cup, where he reached the semifinals with the squad.
