The FIFA Puskás Award 2024 has been awarded to Alejandro Garnacho for his spectacular overhead kick against Everton in November 2023.

This year's list of candidates for the Best Goal of the Year included 11 players, and most of them represented not the most important championships: Hassan Al-Gaidos, Terry Antonis, Yassine Benzia, Walter Bowe, Michael Chirinos, Federico Dimarco, Alejandro Garnacho, Mohamed Kudus, Denis Omedi, Paul Onuachu and Jayden Philogene.

The Puskás Award 2024 was awarded to a player from Premier League - Manchester United's Alejandro Garnacho scored with an incredible scissor kick to open the scoring against Everton.

The 20-year-old Argentine had an impressive 2023/24 season. Garnacho played 50 games for the Red Devils, in which he scored 10 goals and made 5 assists.
