Atalanta is the new Serie A leader
Atalanta climbed to the top of the Italian league table after their ninth consecutive victory.
In the match against Milan, the teams exchanged goals in the first half after strikes from Charles de Ketelare and Alvaro Morata, as the outcome of the game was decided only in the final minutes. Ademola Lukman ran onto a corner kick and headed the ball into the net at the far post, giving his team a vital three points.
It should be noted that Atalanta had a great chance to score another goal in added time, but Matteo Retegui's one-on-one was stopped by Mike Menyan.
