However, new details have emerged revealing that Popovich experienced a minor stroke on November 3 and was subsequently hospitalized.

Popovich, affectionately known as "Pop" in the basketball world, is the most accomplished active coach in the NBA. He boasts five championship rings and has been named NBA Coach of the Year three times. In March 2022, he set the all-time record for most wins by a head coach in NBA history, surpassing 1,336 victories.
