Manchester City in crisis

Manchester City have lost to Newcastle in the FA Cup, Brentford in the Premier League, Sporting in the Champions League and today to Brighton in an away game. This happened for the first time in eight years of Josep Guardiola's tenure.

It is worth noting that City led until the 78th minute after another goal by Erling Holand, but then the hosts turned the game around in two attacks. First Mitoma ran away from the City defence and shot into the penalty area, where Joao Pedro pushed the ball into the net. Then the author of Brighton's first goal later made the decisive assist - O'Reilly converted one-on-one, giving his team a victory over the reigning champions.
