Aston Villa - Bournemouth 1:1

In the ninth round of the EPL Ilya Zabarnyi's Bournemouth visited one of the league leaders - Aston Villa.

In the 28th minute, Watkins put McGinn one-on-one with the Bournemouth goalkeeper and he sent the ball into the left corner. But the home side's celebrations were premature - the goal was cancelled due to offside.

Watkins, Duran and Konsa all had chances to score Aston Villa's first goal, but failed to do so. Only Barkley managed to do it in the 76th minute, who left no chance for the goalkeeper from the close range.

After the match, Villa players must have regretted the missed opportunities, because in the seventh minute Evanilson stole the victory from them with a precise header after Tavernier's free-kick. The result was a 1-1 draw.

It is worht noting that Zabarnyi played a full match for Bournemouth and was one of the best in the team.
