Los Angeles FC in Talks to Sign Paul Pogba
MLS club Los Angeles FC has reportedly opened discussions with French midfielder Paul Pogba, who is currently serving an 18-month ban following a failed doping test in August last year. Initially handed a four-year suspension, Pogba’s ban was reduced, allowing him to return to the pitch as early as March 2025.

Juventus, Pogba’s current club, appears ready to move on from the midfielder. The Turin-based giants are expected to either sell him or terminate his contract before the end of his suspension.
Los Angeles FC is already strategizing how to accommodate Pogba within their squad and may need to offload a few key players to make room for the Frenchman. Reportedly, veterans like Hugo Lloris and Carlos Vela are among those who could be shown the door to free up space for the star signing.
Earlier reports linked Pogba with a potential move to Marseille under manager Roberto De Zerbi, but it now appears that Los Angeles FC has taken the lead in the race to secure his signature.
As Pogba nears his return to football, the MLS could offer a fresh start and a new chapter in his storied career.
