Argentine national team got its third victory at the 2024 Copa America, defeating Peru in the group stage match.

Inter forward Lautaro Martinez scored both goals for the World Cup winners. It is also worth noting that Albiceleste midfielder Leandro Paredes missed a penalty midway through the second half of the game.
