FC Shakhtar CEO Serhii Palkin commented on the news that he joined the UEFA Committee.

- By decision of the UEFA Executive Committee, I was included in the UEFA Committee on the Status of Players, Transfers, Agents and Match Agents. I will be the only representative of the European Club Association (ECA) on the Committee, where I will work for the next 4 years.

I hope to use my experience to improve the regulation of European football policy in the interests of Ukrainian and European clubs, - Palkin wrote on Facebook.

The first meeting of the Committee, in which the General Director of FC Shakhtar will take part, will take place on November 1 at the House of European Football in Nyon (Switzerland).
