The new head coach of SC Dnepr-1 is 54-year-old Ukrainian Yuri Vilyevich Maksymov. The contract with the mentor is concluded for a period of 2 years.
Maksymov's previous club was Zvyagel. He also worked in Dynamo Minsk (as assistant coach), CSKA Kiev, Obolon, Kryvbass, Metallurg Donetsk, Mordovia, Taraz, Keshlya, Vorskla, and was the director of sport in Polissya. .
As a head coach Yuri Maksymov was a winner of the FNL (2013/14), winner of the Azerbaijan Cup (2017/18), finalist of the Ukrainian Cup (2019/20).
