Fans and journalists determined the best player and coach of the 5th round of Ukrainian League.
Nominees for the best player of the tour:
- Ruslan Stepanyuk (Vorskla)

- Alexander Nazarenko (Polissya)
- Dmitry Kryskiv (Shakhtar)
Nominees for the best coach of the tour:
- Yuriy Kalitvintsev (Polissya)
- Viktor Skripnik (Vorskla)
– Edmar (Metalist 1925)
- Vladimir Sharan (Minaj)
According to the results of voting, the best player and coach of the 5th round were from Polissya - Alexander Nazarenko and Yuriy Kalitvintsev. They got 43 and 49 percent of the votes.
