21-year-old defender Pedrinho moved to Shakhtar. The Donetsk club’s agreement with the player lasts until June 30, 2028.

Pedrinho is a Brazilian Vitoria graduate, he made his first-team debut in the 2020 season and played 35 matches. In September 2021, he moved to Athletico Paranaense, making 69 apps (2 assists) during 2 incomplete years.

Pedrinho was a regular player of Athletico Paranaense in the 2023 season, taking part in 22 matches of the team in all competitions (3 games in the Copa Libertadores, 4 in the Brazilian Championship, 2 in the Brazilian Cup, 13 in the Campeonato Paranaense). He is the 2023 Paranaense League winner.
