All four of Carlo Ancelotti's penalty-takers - Karim Benzema, Luka Modrić, Toni Kroos and Marco Asensio - netted from 12 yards out, while goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois saved José Luis Gayà's penalty to ensure Real Madrid's place in this weekend's final, where they will face FC Barcelona or Real Betis.
