Pavel Nedved: Many great challenges await Juventus

Added at:

Juventus' chairman of the board of directors Pavel Nedved commented on the Champions League group stage draw.

"Ours is a very respectable group. In the Champions League, nothing is easy and nothing is taken for granted. They are all tough groups with strong teams, we are happy to face clubs of this prestige. The opponents we will face are all formidable. With PSG it will be a fascinating double challenge, but those against Benfica and Maccabi Haifa will not be east. We are happy to go to Israel as we were unable to go there to face Atletico Madrid in a friendly. We need to be focused and face all matches with the same determination, we will need to give maximum focus. Many great challenges await us."

"The Italian league has only just begun, so it is too early to make assessments. Clearly we would have wanted to come back from Genoa with a win, but the season has just started. The team is working well, with serenity, thinking about the pitch. We must continue to do it with humility, always keeping a low profile and facing every match with the same motivation."
