FC Shakhtar Director of Football Darijo Srna commented on results of the UCL group stage draw.

– Darijo, how can you qualify the group and strength of the opponents?
– There are no easy groups in UCL. We will fight until the end. Real Madrid is Real Madrid of course. We have played against Celtic 18 and 15 years ago already. Leipzig is a good team. So it could be worse and it could be better.

– Are you not satisfied with such draw?
– Well, listen, we have to play. We prepare through the championship. We have young team, new coach. The most important thing is to enjoy the game awaiting us. Unfortunately, we will see no full stands in Ukraine, but I am sure that will in Warsaw. A lot of our fans will come, Ukrainians. They deserve, as well as all Ukraine, to see us demonstrating good and exciting football, to enjoy our game.

– LaLiga and Bundesliga have already started. What can you say about the current team condition?
– RB Leipzig did not have a good opening, just like us: they have two pointы in three games. I did not watch Celtic, but Real is Real. We will analyze it. At first, we have to think about Kryvbas, to prepare well. Then we will have Rukh. And afterwards we will think about the Champions League.
