UEFA Conference League 2026/27: Tuesday's Qualifying Results

The UEFA Conference League delivered another entertaining night of European football on Tuesday, with four second qualifying round ties producing everything from tense penalty shootouts to an extraordinary extra-time comeback.
One of the night's most hard-fought encounters saw CSKA Sofia and Spartak Trnava battle through 120 goalless minutes in a fiercely contested contest. With neither side able to find the breakthrough, the tie was ultimately decided by a penalty shootout, where CSKA Sofia kept their composure to secure progression to the next round.
The biggest story of the evening, however, came in North Macedonia, where Riga FC produced one of the most remarkable turnarounds of the qualifying campaign. Trailing Vardar 2-0 as late as the 87th minute, the Latvian side looked destined for elimination. Instead, they staged a breathtaking late rally, scoring twice in the closing stages to force extra time before adding three more goals to complete an unforgettable five-goal explosion and book their place in the next round.
