Denver Nuggets have become NBA champions for the first time in their history. The final playoff series ended in Game 5, in which Denver defeated the Miami Heat 94-89.
The top player of the final game was Nikola Jokic with 28 points and 16 rebounds. He was also named MVP of the final series. Moreover, Jokic set a unique statistical record. - he became the first in NBA history to score at least 500 points, 250 rebounds and 150 assists in a single playoff.
